Pinggan Jamur Bumbu Rendang
fried oyster mushrooms in coconut milk

300 gr oyster mushrooms
50 gr of roasted coconut, roasted
200 ml of thick coconut milk
3 tbsp flour
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 tbsp asam water
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp oil

3 red lomboks
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tbsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the oyster mushrooms into pieces. Cut the jeruk purut into a thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut, the asamwater and the palmsugar for 3 minutes. Then mix in the oyster mushrooms, the coconut milk, the flour and the coconut. Put the mixture in an oven dish and bake it in the oven for 45 minutes. Serve it with roti.
