Cah pokcoy taoge
paksoy with fried tofu and bean sprouts
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
1 salam leaf
5 ebi
200g tahu
250g paksoy
100g bean sprouts
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:

Cut the garlic into thin slices and the chilies into thin rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, chilies and the salam for 2 minutes. Add the ebi and tofu and fry briefly. Then add paksoy and the bean sprouts and cook gently. Then add the kecap and salt followed by water and simmer gently until everything has been cooked.
