sautéed watercress with anchovies
500 gr watercress
100 gr ikan teri / anchovies
2 red lomboks, pitted
7 cloves of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
Clean the watercress and cut it into pieces. Cut the tomato into cubes and the lomboks into rings. Finely chop the shallots and the garlic.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes.
Then add the ikan teri, terasi, the fish sauce and the salt and mix well and fry for 1 minute. Then add the watercress, the tomato and the lomboks and fry until done. Serve.
