spicy stir-fry of watercress with corn

200 g watercress
100 gr corn kernels
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 salam leaves
2 green tomatoes
150 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

3 red lomboks
2 red rawits
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 cm kencur
1/2 tsp trasi / shrimp paste

Cara Membuat:
Cut the watercress and tomatoes into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the sereh and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry until soft. Then add the watercress and the corn and fry until soft. Then add the broth, the palm sugar and the salt and cook it slowly until done.
