Tumis Jamur Kembang Tahu

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr jamur merang / rice-straw mushroom
100 gr jamur tiram / oyster mushroom
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
2 red lomboks, pitted
3 red rawits
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 kembang tahu / tahu skin, soaked
100 gr caisim / choisam, otherwise paksoi
150 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the mushrooms into slices and into strips. Cut the kembang tahu and the caisim into pieces. Cut the shallots, the onion, the lomboks and the rawits into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic, onion, lomboks and rawits for 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, the oyster sauce, the saus tomat, the kecap, the pepper and the water and mix well.
Then add the caisim and mix well and bring to the boil. Serve.
