Tumis Jamur Jagung Pipil
fried oyster mushrooms with sweet corn
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g oyster mushrooms
100g sweet corn
2 green chilies
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp kecap manis
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
150 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the mushrooms into strips, shallots and garlic into thin slices and the chilies into rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the chilies and fry for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and corn and mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the oyster sauce, kecap, salt, palm sugar and the pepper and mix well. Pour in the water and cook slowly until done.
