fried mushrooms with chives

150g oyster mushrooms (jamur tiram)
50 g Auricularia auricula-judae (jamur kuping)
150g champignons (jamur merang)
50 g chives
1/2 onion
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp angciu (Chinese cooking wine / miren)
150 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1/4 tsp salt
1 spring onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the mushrooms into strips / slices. Cut the onion into thin slices and chives into pieces. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and spring onion for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and chives and cook gently until soft. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper, palm sugar, angciu and the stock and let it simmer slowly until the sauce has thickened. Stir in the sesame oil and serve.
