Pokcoy Kembang Tahu
sautéed baby bok choy with tahu
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr pokcoy / baby bok choy
1 kembang tahu / tahu sheet, soaked
50 gr bean sprouts
2 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the pokcoy into pieces and the tahu sheet into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Then add the pokcoy, the bean sprouts and the tahu and until soft.
Then add the fish sauce and the palm sugar and mix well. Stir until everything is done.
