Pokcoy Tumis Udang
stir fry of shrimp and paksoy

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250g baby paksoy
100g large shrimp, peeled
1 carrot
1.2 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp angciu / mirin / rice wine
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
10 quail eggs, soft boiled and peeled
1 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the carrot into diagonal slices, the onion into strips and chop the garlic. Wash the paksoy and cut off the hard stem.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and carrot and cook for 1 minute. Add the paksoy and mix well. Then add the oyster sauce, angciu, salt, add pepper and palm sugar followed by the water. Thicken the sauce with the cornflour and as it begins to boil add the eggs and mix gently
