stir-fry of van kangkung with green pepper
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr kangkung
1 bunch of kemangi
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
3 salam leaf
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp pepper
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
8 green lomboks
10 green rawits

Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the laos, the serai and the jeruk purut for 6 minutes.
Then add the kangkung and the kemangi and mix well. Then add the salt, the palmsugar and the pepper and fry until done.
