snake beans in spiced coconut milk

350 gr snake beans
100 gr soup meat
1 carrot
75 gr aduki beans, cooked
2 red lomboks
1 tsp curry / massala
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
1000 ml of water
500 ml of coconut milk

5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri notes
2 cm jahe
4 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
Cut the snake beans in pieces and carrot julienne. Cut the lomboks into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water together with the bumbu and the lomboks and bring to the boil. Add the meat and cook it until done. Then add the snake beans, carrot, aduki beans, curry, salt, pepper and palm sugar and bring to a boil. Then add the coconut milk and cook until done.
