Kari Buncis
stewed beans in a creamy coconut sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr kacang panjang (snakebeans)
1 lemongrass
1 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 tomatoes
200 ml santen asli
3 tablespoons oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 cm trassi
2 red chilies
1 tbsp masala / curry
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the snake beans and tomatoes into chunks. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes with the lemongrass, the salam and jerut purut. Then add the beans and tomatoes. Add the coconut milk and let it simmer slowly until the bean are cooked.
