Sayur Oyong Katuk
stewed cucumber with carrot in sauce

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
2 bunches of katuk / sayur manis (sauropus androgynus)
1 wing cucumber (oyong)
1 carrot
1200 ml of water
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
1 temu kunci
2 red lomboks
2 tsp salt
2 tsp palmsugar

Cara membuat:

Cut the cucumber into pieces and the carrot into slices. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the lomboks into thin rings.
