slowly braised beef

Bahan Bahan:
400 g lean beef
3 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
salt to taste
dash of vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 tomato, skinned
4 tbsp kecap manis
300 ml of water

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes. Cut the garlic and de shallots finely. Slice the tomato into cubes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, de nutmeg, de cloves and the salt for 5 minuten. Then add the meat an fry until it changes colour.
Then add the tomate, the kecap, the vinegar and the water and cook on low heat until the meat is done.
