stewed fern tops with anchovies

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
2 bunch of fern tops/fiddle heads, otherwise green asparagus
2 red lomboks
1000 ml of thin coconut milk (cair)
1 kunyit leaf
75 gr teri jengki, anchovies
1 asam kandis
1 tsp salt
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the anchovies and set aside. Cut the fern tops into pieces. Cut the lomboks into rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and the kunyit leaf and bring to the boil.
Then add the fern tops, the lomboks, the asam kandis and the salt and cook it until done. Serve.
