lamb curry

Bahan-bahan:
ingrediënts:
1750 ml coconut milk
500 gr lamb
1 sereh (lemongrass)
5 jerut purut / kaffir lime leaves
4 salam leaves
salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit (turmeric)
6 kemiri (candlenuts)

Cara membuat:
preperation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the meat into small chunks. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat golden brown. Add the bumbu and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
