250g beef
200 gr liver / spleen
400 ml coconut milk
1 lemon grass
3 salam leaves
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
3 cardamom
100 ml water
2 tbsp oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 cloves of garlic
5 red chilies
1 tsp toasted keteumbar
1/2 teaspoon toasted jinten
4 kimiri /candle nuts
1 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
 
Tabuaran:

chive
emping
bawang gorenh
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the meat, the liver and spleen into small pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and cook it.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add this together with the remaining ingredients to the meat and let it gently simmer until it thickens.
Spoon into a bowl and garnish with the chives, the emping and Bawang Goreng.
