Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g white cabbage
50 g caisim
75 g corn kernels
3 cloves garlic
1 shallot
2 red chilies
1 tomato
2 tsp fish sauce
75 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the cabbage into pieces and caisim into pieces of 3 cm. Cut the shallots, garlic and chilies coarsely. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and chilies for 2 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the cabbage, the caisim and the corn and fry it gently. Then add the fish sauce, the water, the salt, the pepper and palm sugar and fry gently until done.
