Bahan-bahan:
250 spinach leaves
150 gr rice flour
50 g of sago flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
250 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 cm kencur
4 cloves of garlic

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and mix it with rice flour, the sago flour, the egg, the salt and the coconut milk into a batter. Put the spinach leaves through the batter. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the leaves dry and crispy.
