Sayur Bening Labu Air
stewed long melon with spinach
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr labu air / long melon
125 gr spinach
100 grams of sweet corn
3 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
3 dried chilli peppers
1/2 tsp ebi
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
900 ml of water
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices. Chop the chili peppers and the ebi. Cut the melon into pieces.
Heat a pan the water and add the garlic, the shallots, the ebi and the chili peppers and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the broth and stir. Then add the melon, spinach and corn and cook until done.
