Sayur bening ketole
pumpkin with spinach

3 oying (pumpkin/squash)
100 gr spinach
100 gr prawns/shrimp
5 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
6 red shallots
2 salam leaves
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1500 ml water
Cara membuat:
Slice the garlic and the rawits. Chop the shallots finely. Cut the oying into cubes. Heat in a pan the water and add the garlic, shallots, salam, the shrimp, the rawits and oyong and cook it gently.
Add the spinach, salt and sugar and cook slowly until done and serve.
