Sayur Bening Sawi
stewed cabbage with meatballs

250 gr Chinese/nappa cabbage
5 bakso sapi / meatballs
3 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
4 red lomboks
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 salam leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml water / chicken stock
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the cabbage into squares. Cut the garlic, shallots and lomboks into thin slices. Cut the bakso in half or into slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, lomboks, laos and salam for 4 minutes. Then add the water/stock and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the cabbage, bakso, salt and palm sugar and cook until done. Serve.
