Kangkung Tumis Sambal Petai

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr kangkung
20 gr cumi asin (salted squid)
24 peteh beans /stink beans
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
250 ml of water
2 tsp asamwater
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
10 red lomboks
3 red rawits
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Soak the cumi asin first in warm water and then cut into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the cumi and peteh and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the kangkung and fry until soft. Then add salt, palm sugar and water and cook until done. Then mix in the asam water and serve.
