green beans in creamy sauce

100g green beans
100g carrots
100g potatoes
2 salam leaves
800ml coconut milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
3 red rawits
2 tablespoons oil
5 shallots
4 red chilies
2 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
3 candlenuts
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Cut the beans into pieces, the roots julliene and the potatoes into cubes. Cut the rawits lengtwise. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam for 4 minutes. Add the potatoes, beans and carrots and mix well. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Then add the salt, the pepper and palm sugar and cook until tender. Add the rawits and cook for 1 minute. Then serve.
