Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr bamboo shoots
1000 ml coconut milk
2 cm laos
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 salam leaves
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
5 shallots
3 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm kunyit
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cloves of garlic
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the bamboo shoots into thin strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh, the salam and the laos for 4 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and the salt and bring to the boil. Then add the bamboo shoots and cook it slowly until done.
