Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr bamboo shoots
1 sereh / lemongrass
1000 ml coconut milk
2 cm laos
2 tbsp oil
2 salam leaves
1 1/2 tsp salt
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
6 shallots
3 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp pepper
3 cloves of garlic
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the bamboo shoots into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Grate the laos.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu/paste with the lemongrass, the salam and galangal for 4 minutes. Add the salt and coconut milk and bring to the boil. Then add the bamboo shoots and cook it slowly until done and the sauce has thickened.
