Stir-fry of bamboo shoots with peteh beans

300 gr bamboo shoots
11 peteh beans
1 salam leaf
2 green tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
150 ml of water
2 tbsp of oil

4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 green lomboks
3 red lomboks

Cara Membuat:
Cut the bamboo into thin slices and halve the peteh beans. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and tomatoes for 4 minutes. Then add the bamboo and peteh and fry until sof.
Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the pepper and mix well. Then add the water and cook slowly until done.
