Tumis Sawi Asin Kacang Panjang
fried salted cabbage with garter

6 garter/snakebeans
50 g mushrooms
100g Sawi asin (salted mustard cabbage)
5 cloves garlic
4 shallots
3 red chilies
1 salam leaf
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the garter into pieces, the mushrooms and the shallots into thin slices and chop the garlic finely. Pitted the chilies and cut into long strips. Cut the cabbage into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the salam, the chilies for 3 minutes. Add the beans, mushrooms, cabbage and mix. Then add the oyster sauce, salt, pepper, the palm sugar and water and let it simmer gently until cooked.
