Tumis Jamur Merang Cabe Ijo
fried mushrooms with green peppers

250 g of rice-straw mushrooms / champginons
75 g white cabbage
1 spring onion / scallion
2 green tomatoes
1 salam
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon fish sauce
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
3 green rawits / bird's eye chilies
4 green chilies
2 shallots
Cara membuat:
halve the mushrooms and cut the cabbage into pieces and the tomatoes into wedges. Cut the scallion into pieces of 1 cm long. Pound or grind the ingredients for the paste into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, cabbage and tomatoes and mix well. Then add the salt, pepper, the fish sauce and water and cook gently until tender. Stir in the scallions and serve.
