Tumis Bayam Dan Oyong
Spicy spinach with cucumber

200 gr spinach
150 gr oyong / wing cucumber / luffa
100 gr mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
2 green lomboks
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
100 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
100 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the shalots, garlic and lomboks/chilies into thin slices. Cut the oyong into pieces and halve the mushrooms.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and the oyong and mix well. Then add the kecap and the fish sauce and mix. Then add the water and the broth and bring to the boil. Then add the spinach, salt, peper and palm sugar and cook slowly until done.
