stir fry of haricot verts with bakso
100 gr baby buncis / haricot verts
4 cloves of garlic
1 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
4 bakso sapi (meatballs, see recipe)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
Clean the beans. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the bakso into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, salam and laos for 4 minutes. Then add the buncis, the bakso, the oyster sauce, the salt and the palmsugar and fry until tender and until the buncis are still crispy. Serve.
