Tumis Bayam Ebi Terasi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr bayam (spinach)
5 tbsp ebi (dried small shrimps)
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp trasi bakar (roasted shrimp paste)
1/2 tsp sambal ulek (see recipe)
2 salam leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp oil

2 red lomboks
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Slice the lomboks angle cut. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the sambal, the salam en the trasi for 2 minutes. Add the water and the ebi. Add the spinach, the palmsugar and the salt and fry it for 2 minutes. Garnish it with the lomboks and serve.
