fried mushrooms with kemangi
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
200 gr rice straw mushrooms / chestnut mushrooms
1 tsp salt
10 sprigs kemangi
1/2 tsp pepper
100 gr flour
150 ml water
50 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok, pitted
1/2 tsp ketumbar
4 shallots
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Halve the mushrooms. Chop the kemangi into small pieces (1 cm). Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the bumbu with the salt, the kemangi, the pepper, the flour, the water and the santen into a homogeneous mass. Then spoon in the mushrooms.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil. Take 1 tablespoon of the mass and deep-fry this brown and cooked. Repeat, the mass is enough for 18 pieces.
