Jamur Minyak Goreng Wijen

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150g mushrooms
3 wood ears
150 gr rice-straw mushrooms (otherwise chestnut mushrooms)
50g cornflour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
150g flour
1 spring onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 egg
100 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 tsp sesame oil

Cara membuat:

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, chop the garlic en de spring onion finely. First mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic and broth into a mass. Then beat in the egg. Stir in the mushrooms and spring onions, followed by sesame oil and mix well.
Heat in a pan sufficient amount of oil. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Then deep-fry it until its golden brown and done.
