Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
12 snake beans
3 kemangi
3 small cucumber
100 gr bean sprouts
100 gr of cabbage
25 gr petai cina / lamtoro
150 gr long-grated coconut
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 red lombok
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm of kencur
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the snake beans into pieces of 1 cm. cut the cucumber into small cubes. Steam the coconut until done. Cut the cabbage finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix in the coconut.
Mix all vegetables well and mix in the coconut mixture.
