Tumis Kacang Lendir
stir fry of okra with oyster sauce

100 gr kacang kendir / okra
2 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
150 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and blanch the okra for 3 minutes. Then cut the okra into pieces. Cut the shallot and the garlic into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the water, salt and palm sugar and mix well and bring to the boil. Then add the okra and cook until tender. Serve.
