Chayote in a spicy coconut milk sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 labu siam / chayote
300 gr tahu/tofu
4 red large chilies
2 salam leaves
2 teaspoon salt
2 tsp palmsugar
500 ml coconutmilk
4 tbsp oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
5 garlic cloves
7 red rawits
2 red chilies
4 kemiri/candle nuts
3 cm galangal
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chayote into thin strips, the tofu into small cubes, the lomboks into rings and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes with the salam. Add the chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chayote, salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Add the coconut milk and let it simmer slowly until the chayote is nearly done. Add the tofu and let its simmer for 3 minutes before serving.
