Kacang Panjang Tumis Tahu
snakebeans with fried tofu

10 garter/snakebeans
1 block tahu
4 cloves garlic
3 red rawits
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
200 ml water
2 chives
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the beans in pieces and the tahu into cubes. Chop the garlic and the rawits fine and cut the chives into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic and the rawits for 2 minutes. Add the tofu and the beans, and fry this for 5 minutes. Then mix in the fish sauce, kecap, the salt and the pepper and stir well. Add the water and cook slowly until done. Spoon in the chives and serve.
