10 garter / snakebeans
3 sprigs kemangi
2 small cucumbers
100g bean sprouts
100g cabbage
25 gr peteh beans
250g grated coconut

bumbu:
4 jeruk purut
1 red lombok
6 red rawits
4 cloves garlic
3 cm kencur
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
First steam the coconut and cut the garter into small pieces. Pitted the cucumbers and cut into small cubes and slice the cabbage finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the paste with the coconut and mix this with all ingredients.
