2 red lomboks (large chilies)
1 green lombok
1 tsp trassi bakar (roasted shrimp paste)
6 shallots
3 tomatoes
1 sprig kemangi (lemonbasil)
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml water
2 tbsp oil

Slice the shallots and the lomboks fine and chop the kemangi. Slice the tomatoes into thin pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry all the ingredients except the kemangi and the water for 3 minutes. Then add the kemangi and the water and let it simmer slowly for 3 minutes.
