Tumis Kangkung tauco
stir-fry of kangkung with eggs

3 bunches kangkung
8 quail eggs, hard boiled
2 red chilies
1 tbsp tauco
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
Cara membuat:
Cut the kangkung into pieces and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the chilies in slanting rings.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with chilies and tauco for 3 minutes. Add the kangkung and fry until soft. Then add the eggs, fish sauce, pepper, salt, the palm sugar and water and fry until done.
