Tumis Kapri Ayam Jamur
stir-fry with peas and chicken
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr snow peas / peas
100 gr mushrooms
50 gr chicken fillet
3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp black pepper corns
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the shallot and garlic into thin slices. Halve the mushrooms and chop the chicken finely. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry it brown. Then add the mushrooms, the peas, the curry and the pepper and mix well. Then add the coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and cook until done.
