Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400g ikan bandeng (milkfish else salmon)
3 kluwek nuts
2 tbsp asemwater
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsps oil
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
500 ml of water
Haluskan;
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
2 sereh
2 cm laos
3 cm kunyit

Soak the kluwek in hot water and if these are soft mash them and mix with the asemwater. Cut the fish into pieces and marinate it with the mixture. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add the fish and mix. Then add the water, the salt and pepper and cook the fish slowly until done.
