fried noodles with shrimps


450 gr egg noodles
450 gr shrimps
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
250 ml chicken stock
3 spring onions
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots, the garlic and the spring onion fine. Heat in a pan the water and cook de noodles for 1 minute, then drain and cool in cold water. Then drain again.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shrimps for 5 minutes. Then add the shallots and the garlic and fry it for 1 minute. Add the kecap and the noodles and fry it. Use the stock (little by little) to keep the noodles from burning. Mix in the spring onion and fry it for 1 minute
