Balado Kentang Teri Cabai Hijau

350g sweet potatoes
50g teri nasi goreng (fried dried anchovies)
2 salam leaves
3 jeruk purut
2 cm laos
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 eat oil
9 green chilies
1 green tomato
1 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots)
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Grate the laos and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the laos, the salam and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add water and simmer until nearly done. Add the ikan teri and mix well and fry until done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
