Horenso Rebung Taoco
spiced spinach with bamboo shoots

4 bunches of wild spinach / bayam (450 gr)
100g bamboo shoots
2 tbsp taoco
4 cloves garlic
5 shallots
3 red chilies
3 green chilies
50 g shrimp
1 tsp kecap manis
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots and garlic finely. Slice the chilies into strips. Chop the shrimp coarsely. Cut the bamboo julliene.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots and chilies for 3 minutes. Add the taoco, shrimp and bamboo, and fry it gently. Add the spinach and mix well. Add the kecap, pepper, palm sugar and water and let it simmer slowly until tender.
