stir-fry of green beans with shrimps
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr of green beans
100 grams of shrimp
2 red lomboks
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 tablespoon of palm sugar
50 ml of water
1 tablespoon of asamwater
2 tablespoons of oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
2 red rawits
1/2 tsp trasi / shrimp paste
Cara Membuat:

Cut the beans into pieces and clean the shrimps. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lomboks into slanted rings.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the lomboks for 4 minutes. Add the shrimps and bake them until they change colour. Then add the beans and fry until soft. Then add salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and the asam water and cook until done.
