in Coconut milk cooked green beans with shrimps

200 gr green beans
100 gr shrimps, peeled
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 cm laos
2 salam leaves
50 gr grated coconut
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of palm sugar
200 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil

4 red lomboks
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate the laos and toast the coconut dry in a frying pan and pound or grind it coarsely.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, sereh and laos for 5 minutes. Add the prawns and fry for 2 min.
Then add the green beans, the grated coconut, palm sugar and salt and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and cook it slowly until done.
