Sambal Goreng Kacang Merah
red beans with liver in spicy creamy sauce

100g kacang merah / red beans / aduki beans
500g potatoes
6 chicken livers
3 cloves garlic
3 shallots
2 salam leaves
4 red chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
300 ml santen cair
2 tablespoons oil
2 cm laos
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
3 cloves garlic
5 shallots
4 red chilies
5 red rawits
Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the beans, drain. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the potatoes brown. Cut the liver into pieces. Slice the garlic, chilies and shallots into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots, salam, the chilies and the paste for 5 minutes. Add the beans, potatoes, liver and mix well. Add the salt and palm sugar and mix. Add the santen Cair and cook gently until tender.
