Sambal Goreng Kembang
spicy fired cauliflower

500 gr cauliflower
4 red lomboks
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp arachide oil

Cara membuat:
Slice the cauliflower into small pieces, the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks for 2 minutes. Add the trasi and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the salt and the cauliflower and stir it well. Add the water and let it cook slowly and covered for 10 minutes.
